A Canva video stuck at 99% usually means the export is getting hung up on the design or the connection, not that you need to wait forever. First make a copy so you can test safely, make sure every upload has finished, and check for a broken or half-uploaded video, audio, or image. Then try a smaller export: 1080p, fewer pages, fewer heavy animations, and no clip trimmed to 0.0 seconds. Canva also says long or high-frame-rate videos, lots of media, and YouTube embeds can stop video downloads, so re-upload an MP4 instead of using an embed if that's in there. If the copied design still sticks, try another browser or device, check Canva's status page, and clear the browser cache before retrying. If it fails the same way after that, send Canva support the design link and the export settings.
