“Sent” means Shopify handed the campaign off for delivery; it doesn’t guarantee every subscriber got it in their inbox or even entered the final send audience. First, check that campaign’s Shopify Messaging analytics for bounces and the delivered/open/spam numbers. A bounce means the receiving server didn’t accept it; if it was delivered but people can’t find it, have them check spam, junk, and promotions. Also compare the campaign audience with the subscriber segment: Shopify can filter unengaged people with Smart delivery, and bounced, unsubscribed, or spam-complaint contacts are excluded from later sends. If this started after a big send, a new domain, or a long break, mailbox providers can delay, throttle, filter, or block mail while your reputation catches up. Make sure the sending domain is authenticated, send to the most engaged segment first, and ramp volume back up gradually. Don’t keep blasting the same campaign—fix the metric that looks off, then retry a smaller engaged segment. If the reports don’t explain it, Shopify Support can inspect the account-specific side.
