If the counter and notification email are going up, the form is at least reaching Webflow, so I’d start by checking where Webflow now shows the records rather than rebuilding the form. Go to Site settings > Forms, pick the specific form, and open its submissions table. Also check the Dashboard spam inbox: Webflow added that view for submissions its filter flags, and false positives can be recovered there. Make sure you’re testing the published site and looking at the right site/form — especially if several forms still share the default name. A custom action URL or an exported, externally hosted site bypasses Webflow’s form processing, but that normally means Webflow wouldn’t be collecting the submission at all. If the form has a blank action, works on the published site, and both the normal table and spam inbox stay empty, that’s not enough to pin down the cause from the outside. Save a couple of test timestamps and contact Webflow Support with the site and form name so they can check the account-side records.
