Why can't I use popular music on my TikTok Business Account?

If it’s a Business Account, that’s usually expected, not a glitch. TikTok says Business Accounts see only Commercial Music Library sounds when you hit Add sound; the big mainstream catalog isn’t cleared for commercial use. First make sure you’re posting from the Business Account you think you are, then look under Commercial Sounds and search or filter there. If you need a particular popular track, don’t upload a copy or assume a personal-account sound is licensed for a brand post. Use a CML track or audio your business has the rights to use. Switching account types is a business choice too, so check TikTok’s current account options before doing it.
