Why does PageSpeed Insights pass my URL while its Search Console Core Web Vitals group still fails?

Because PageSpeed Insights usually reports one URL, while Search Console's Core Web Vitals report judges a 28-day set of similar URLs using real visitor data. So that one URL can look fine in PSI but still belong to a failing group because other pages on the same template, devices, or traffic conditions pull the group's 75th-percentile LCP, INP, or CLS down. Also make sure you're comparing the same device type and PSI's field data, not just its Lighthouse lab run. I'd use the Search Console issue group to find the shared template problem, then use PSI to debug a few representative URLs.
