Why can GA4 events appear in DebugView but still show zero users in Realtime?

Usually that means DebugView proved a test event reached GA4, but it doesn't guarantee every Realtime user card will populate right away. Check the Realtime report's `Event count by Event name` card first, plus the user snapshot, rather than relying on a user-acquisition card. Google says those acquisition cards can leave out new or not-yet-processed users, even while Realtime is receiving activity. Also clear any report comparison, confirm you're in the right property and web stream, and check whether an active internal- or developer-traffic filter is excluding your test visit from normal reporting. DebugView only needs debug mode on the test device or event, so it can show a test that isn't a good stand-in for ordinary traffic. Realtime is meant to update within seconds but Google treats it as best-effort, so give it a few minutes and test in a clean browser. Don't enable `debug_mode` for everyone just to make this pass.
